Welcome to Black Market Barbecue, Atlanta's premiere BBQ food trailer! We are a family-owned and operated full-service catering company. Our specialty is hand-crafted ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken, and traditional side items. Our barbecue is slow-smoked using green hickory and coal, sourced from local providers. Having competed in several local bbq competitions, we felt it was time to provide our neighbors with high-quality, competition-level barbecue the family can enjoy. We also bottle our own sauces and offer subscription-based services as well.
