Have your Wedding /Reception surrounded by natural beauty on 160 acres of private woodlands and gardens located off I-75 between Knoxville & Chattanooga. Thousands of flowers including annuals, perennials, shrubs, hydrangeas, roses & daylilies surround our Wedding and Reception Venue. Enjoy the rustc elegance of a classic Reception in our 4000 square foot Ball Room which has twenty foot high ceilings with rustic chandeliers and wall sconces. All lights are dimmable for ambiance. Ball Room is air conditioned and heated for year round functions with beautiful Baja ceiling fans for air movement in Summer. Bride’s Dressing Room has its own restroom with makeup mirrors, dressing table and makeup chairs. Groom's dressing room also provided. Receptions for up to 200 guests. Your may bring your own food or we can cater your reception. Food is prepared in our own commercial kitchen and served piping hot to the Buffet. Package Includes rehearsal day and Day of Wedding for Pictures, Decorations and Dressing, Use of Brides Lounge and Groom's Lounge. Five Hours for Ceremony and Reception.

Terms and Conditions
1. Package price does not include sales tax of 9.75% or gratuity on food service portion of 15%
2. Alcohol is permitted but it is BYOB. Hold Harmless agreement must be signed.
3. Wedding/Reception agreement must be signed & deposits paid to lock in the price & date.
4. Deposits: Deposit of $200.00 is Required to reserve a wedding and reception date. (Note: 60 Days Prior to Date of event this Deposit is Non-refundable) Deposit is applied to Total Event Cost.
5. A 25% deposit of estimated Wedding Costs, Reception Food Costs & Services Ordered is required one week prior to Event. Deposit is non-refundable & is applied to Total Event Cost.
6. Full payment for wedding and reception is due (Less Deposits) the day before the event.
7. A Drink service is included for the first hour of the Reception beginning when the meal is served
8. We must know your full menu one week prior to the event in able to purchase ingredients and begin preparations for your meal.
9. Final Number of Guests and Desired Setup:
Wedding/Reception party must provide the final number for the Wedding and/or
Reception at least one week prior to the date of the Wedding and/or Reception. This is the number for which we will buy and prepare food and set up chairs and tables. Additional guests above that number will be charged for at the price set in the Event agreement.
10. Wedding/Reception party must indicate their desired setup for the Wedding Site and/or the Reception Site as well as any additional hanging baskets, power needs, tables or other special needs at least one week prior to the date of the Wedding and/or Reception. A map with instructions is helpful for us to make sure we set the facility up the way you desire.
11. Alcohol Use:
Sunshine Hollow reserves the right to approve the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Wedding/Reception party must sign a “Hold Harmless Agreement” indicating that Sunshine Hollow has not provided or served alcohol at the event and indemnifying Sunshine Hollow of any liability resulted from use of alcohol on premises.
If mixed drinks are being served or if quantities greater than two bottles of wine per table or one twelve pack of beer per table are being served then a licensed bartender must hired for the event to supervise the use of Alcohol. Anyone who is obviously intoxicated will be asked to leave the event.
12. Smoking:
Per State law smoking is not permitted in Event Center, Restrooms, Bride’s Room or Groom’s Room. Smoking is permitted outside of those areas in parking areas, trails & other designated areas.
Failure to adhere to this will result in a $200.00 smoke cleanup charge to remove smoke residue.
Please be considerate of those who will come after you in leaving a clean environment.
13. Table Decorations and Party Favors
Sunshine Hollow reserves the right to approve use of favors, fireworks, sparklers and items tossed at the bride and groom.
No marking pens, crayons or other defacing makers shall be distributed to guests.
Table decorations that may harm tables or linens may not be used such as items that bleed when wet.
No artificial petals, glitter, confetti or other non-biodegradable materials may be used at the wedding site due to clean-up problems.
Decorations may not be attached with nails, screws or permanent tape
14. Wedding and Receptions Party=s Responsibilities:
Please insure that their guests dress appropriately and insure that their guests behave in a responsible manner and refrain from belligerent or destructive behavior.
Furnish any music sources or musicians desired for the wedding.
Furnish any wedding service official, photographers and videographers needed for event
Furnish any Greeters & Ushers to greet and seat guests.
Furnish any additional flowers other than ones already in place. This includes additional decorations for wedding site, reception table decorations
