The GEM Center is open to the public Fridays from 6-10 pm. Guests of all ages can come in to play or hang out. We regularly have a mix of league players that come in almost every Friday night, groups that come in once a month to two months and brand-new players. People of all ages ranges and skill levels are welcome to join. All equipment needed is included in the price. The Cafe is open with food and drinks available for purchase. Please do not bring in outside food or drinks. Also, this is a no smoking campus, and we are not licensed to serve alcohol.
The Amethyst Package is our Open Play Party Option. The Amethyst option is only available during our Open Play nights Fridays 6-10pm.
The Amethyst option reserves a table for your party. You can bring cupcakes, cake, or brownies. All other food and drinks are not permitted. We have a Cafe available for foods and drinks.

The Jade Package is the GEM Centers Meeting Space option. Seating is currently available for up to 52 people: 4 Picnic tables that seat 8-12 each and 2 rows of tables with 10 chairs per row. We have additional seating available upon request. The GEM Center has 2 TVs with HDMI and USB hook up capability, perfect for meeting slides. There is also a Cafe with food and drinks available upon request. The Cafe counter can be used for food brought in by the guests.

The Jade package is $100 per hour and available weekdays only. A half down deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is refundable or can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Additional guests can be discussed. The Meeting space has room for up to 125 people.
The Sapphire Package is our most popular package. The Sapphire Package includes our Event Room and Archery Hall.
The Event Room has seating, a Cafe and games. We currently have seating for 52 but additional seating is available upon request. The Cafe has food and drinks, full menu attached, you can also bring in your own food and drinks. The Event Room also has Skeet-Ball, an Air Hockey Table, Stick-A-Disc, a giant Jenga set, Fuse-Ball table, SAFE Archery Axes and Darts and a giant Connect Four. There are two handicap accessible bathrooms in the Event Room. The Event Room is supervised by a staff member to help the guests and answer questions.
The Archery Hall has additional bathrooms, a SAFE Archery Target Area, and the Extreme Archery Arena. There is a men's and women's restrooms in the Archery Hall. Our SAFE Archery Target Area has several StickIt targets, a SmackDown with exchangeable faces, a Hoverball and a SinkIt. Our Extreme Archery arena has non-slip flooring and can be viewed through windows by the guests in the Event Room. Our party guests decide the type of games we play. We usually start out with a Points game and then move on to party games like Protect the President or Witch Doctor. We do have a Black Lights system that can be used during games. All equipment is provided. The Archery Hall is supervised by one-two experienced staff members depending on your party's size.
A few notes on the campus. We are a smoke free campus and are not licensed to serve alcohol. We have an outdoor area that can be used during the party we just ask that guests pick up after themselves. Picnic tables can be moved outside, and we have a firepit that can be used by guests.

The Deposit is $250 and is due at least 2 weeks in advance. The deposit holds the date we agreed upon and covers the first hour of the event. The deposit is refundable or can be rescheduled with up to 24 hours notice for a weekday event and 48 hours notice for a weekend event. The second hour is $150 and every hour after that is $100. Additional guests can be discussed. The Event Room and Archery Hall allow for up to 250 guests.
The Topaz Package is our Event Room only package. The Topaz package is great for Graduation Parties, Baby Showers, Weddings and Bridal Showers.
The Event room has two handicap accessible bathrooms with additional bathrooms available depending on party size. All bathrooms are inspected and refilled by event staff prior to your event.
Seating is currently available for up to 52 people: 4 Picnic tables that seat 8-12 each and 2 rows of tables with 10 chairs per row. We have additional seating available upon request. The Event Room has 2 TVs with HDMI and USB hook up capability, perfect for Graduation or Wedding PowerPoints. There is also a large World Map on the wall with curtains available upon request to cover. The curtains make a great backdrop for pictures.
The Cafe has food and drinks available upon request, full menu attached, you can also bring in your own food and drinks. The Cafe counter can be used for food brought in by the guests. Power cords are behind the counter for crockpot or roaster plug ins. A small kitchenette can be used if needed.
