With over 12,000 square feet of meeting space, we are sure to have the perfect spot for your reception, ceremony, Rehearsal Dinner, "Getting Ready" room or Farewell Brunch! Our Burghley Ballroom, with over 3700 sq. ft. and connecting outdoor terrace is undergoing extensive renovations in winter 2018. Room rental includes all set up, break down, tables, chairs, standard linen, stemware, dishes, silverware and service staff (excluding bartenders and Chef Attendants) for your guests. Rental pricing varies based on needs and headcounts, please inquire for specifics, but generally rental for the ballroom and connecting terrace is $750++ (less tax and service charge). In the event you also have a room block with us, I am happy to explore waiving this fee!
We would also ask for a F&B minimum for your event. This is the minimum amount you are required to spend on your food and beverages. I will customize this number based on your expected head count and the style of event you are looking for. This should be easily achievable and I will build in wiggle room in the event your numbers drop. For example, a sit down dinner and open bar for 150 people would average around a $5000-7000 F&B Minimum. Full Catering Menus are available on our website. Know that our talented Executive Chef is always happy to customize something for your special day in the event you don't see something you desire!
