The rental fee includes the use of the entire barn facility, including upstairs wedding chapel, main floor large reception hall, overflow room, covered outdoor patio, prep kitchen, bride’s room, grooms room, for a 10-hour period. Also included is a 1 hour rehearsal time for weddings. Our site is an all inclusive venue. We do not charge more for use of the barn, reception hall or gardens. A non-refundable $500 deposit holds your date with the balance due 60 days before the event. A separate $350 damage deposit check is also required 60 days prior to your event that will not be cashed, but will returned to you one week after your event should there be no damage. Stilly Brook Farm has both indoor and outdoor wedding sites. Included in the price when using the outdoor facilities (gazebo, pavilion and garden areas) is the alternative use of the indoor Barn Chapel if weather conditions limit an outdoor wedding. An outdoor garden wedding is always a wonderful choice, but with our unpredictable northwest weather, using the barn as an alternative, even in the summer, is a great option.
