The best of the Pacific Northwest! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Introductory information about Sadie Lake: Sadie Lake is a wedding and event venue in Arlington, Washington located on 18 private acres of land with a stunning private lake. The property is located about five minutes from the Smokey Point, Washington area. Facilities and Capacity: Sadie Lake has a 3,000 square foot event barn with beautiful views from the second floor (max capacity 135 people). It features a renovated bridal suite, a groom’s quarters in an adjacent building, a full kitchen, on-site parking, row boats with lake access, outdoor fire pit and more. The property has beautiful indoor and outdoor venue space which allows for up to 350 guests. Outdoor events can be hosted under canopy during summer months in our 1800 square foot tent. Services Offered: Sadie Lake can host wedding events or other special events. Event items included in the venue are tables and chairs and décor (see below). Add-ons included with rental: 1. Tables: We have 20 - 5' (60 inches across) round tables, 12 rectangular tables, 3 high top tables & 2 spindle tables. 2. Chairs: We have 150 folding chairs, and 115 mix match rustic chairs. 3. Indoor & Outdoor Sound System (with microphone) 4. Décor: We have a large selection of décor items available at no cost including: - 6 wedding arbors - decorative arbor linens - wedding signage - table décor (votives, vases, mason jars, runners, floral, wood rounds, faux floral & greenery etc) - dessert dishes, stands & platters - lanterns, edison lamps & candles - chalk boards - antique flower cart - 3 wine barrels - dark wood palette bar - white wood staging backdrop - galvanized beverage buckets * We do not have required/preferred vendors. You may use vendors of your choice. We are also happy to provide you a list of local vendors offering discounts to Sadie Lake clients!
