William Jeffrey's Tavern offers its cozy & warm ambience for private events. The tavern features twin glass enclosed fireplaces, a 20' high stone hearth, and floor to ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light. We offer both private, semi-private, and cocktail spaces. We do not charge a "room fee" and every space includes up to 3 hours of free parking in our parking garage. After over a decade, we've hosted every thing from Oscar's themed birthday parties & large scale office holiday parties to simple but elegant baby showers & fantasy drafts. Our private event managers are at your disposal to help you plan your event to perfection.

Our Fireplace Hearth event space backs up to two peninsula style fireplaces. The hearth itself serves as the perfect place setting for medium to heavy hors d'oeuvres. This particular space gives access to a long section of our main bar where our expertly trained bartenders are able to craft classic cocktails for yourself and your guests.

Our private dining space is partitioned from the main dining room by two dueling peninsula style fireplaces that add a wonderfully warm feel to the room. The mantles also serve as excellent display spaces should your event call for anything like that (portraits, photo collages etc...). The space comfortably accommodates 45-50 guests seated or upwards of 60-70 when being used in a reception capacity. Additional "over-flow" space is also available should the group grow beyond that. Our PDR is equipped with a private & full service bar, separate buffet line, 4 HD screens & customize-able music options and amplified speaking (if arranged for in advance). These added features also make it the perfect space to host your morning or afternoon meetings. the space can be booked for the entire day as well. For example, you could start your morning meetings with our Coffee & Fresh Juice Bar, pastries and lite fare, move into a sandwich or "Hot Bar" lunch and finish up with the perfect happy hour. The four HD screens are compatible with a variety of different media types and amplified speaking can be arranged. Both A/V amenities are currently offered at no extra charge. All day meetings don't have to be a drag, all that's needed is great food, solid libations and warm service.
