DEPOSIT:?
I understand the credit card provided will be charged a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, or a deposit check must be submitted. A deposit of 50% of the corresponding event space’s Food & Beverage Minimum is required and will be applied to the final bill.
3. PAYMENT:?
To secure the private dining room, the Hotel requires a valid credit card that will be charged the minimum deposits listed above, although, another form of payment may be used for payment the day of the event. We cannot issue separate, itemized checks during private events. The Hotel can accept up to a maximum of 5 payments to be split over the balance. The Hotel will accept check, business or persona and payment is due prior to the event.
??FOOD & BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS: ?I agree to the Food & Beverage Minimum for my requested event space. Food or beverage may not be brought on or off premises without written permission of the event department, including leftover buffet food.
4. GUEST COUNT: ?
I am responsible for confirming the guest count no later than noon three business days prior to the event date. This number is a guarantee and is not subject to reduction.
5. MENU PRICING:?
Prices are subject to change until menu selections are submitted and confirmed in the Banquet Event Order. Final menu selections will be given no later than one week prior to the event date.
6. GRATUITY, TAX & FEES: ?
There will be an automatic 20% gratuity to the final bill. All food & beverage items are subject to a 10% Virginia State Sales Tax. All food & beverage items are subject to a 3% administrative fee (covers the direct cost of event planning). Food & Beverage Minimums do not include Virginia State Sales Tax, gratuity or additional fees. A valid Virginia State Sales and Use Tax Exempt Certificate is required for tax exemption, along with proof that payment is issued by the and tax-exempt organization. If the minimum is not met, the difference will be met in the form of a service charge that will be added to the check, before the addition of the VA sales tax (10%) and gratuity (20%).
7. AUDIO VISUAL:?
All audio-visual items must be approved and may not be permitted in all event spaces.
8. CANCELLATION:?
Cancellation on short notice puts Venue in a difficult position to resell the tee times we have reserved for you. In the event of cancellation at your request the following cancellations will apply:

· Cancellation between date of signing and 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event without penalty.?
· Cancellation less than 7 days prior to event would result in 50% of estimated?charges.?
· Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to event would result in 100% of estimated charges.
10. DAMAGES:?
The host is responsible for any required repair or loss from damage that occurs while on site. Guests are welcome to bring decorations, however, there will be an additional charge of $50 for excessive decorations or damage to our private dining room. The Client agrees to be responsible for aby damage done in the premises by the Client, his or her guest, invitees and/or employees during the period of the time the Client is in the Restaurant.
