Great spot for large groups who are cooking in bulk or catering in meals as it offers expanded dining/cooking options as well as an auxiliary meeting space. There is a projection screen & projector (with A/V hookups). The centerpiece of this unique building is a majestic 30’ 4way stone fireplace that centers the room. We have lounge chairs, whiskey barrel pub tables w/barstools & a custom pool table. There are 2 bathrooms & lots of outdoor covered patio areas with tables & chairs. This spot is our personal favorite as it overlooks our spring fed swimming pool with natural waterfalls, truly breathtaking! We can configure this space to meet a variety of needs.

THE RANCHOUSE is our 8 Bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home. This well appointed Ranchstyle home has an open floor plan w/ Full Kitchen/Dining/Living areas combined. There is plenty of seating with an oversized sectional surrounded by upholstered chairs w/ multiple cozy nooks. It’s perfect for folks to gather together & connect while cooking or dining. The main gathering room adjoins the 2 wings of the home where the bedrooms are located. There is plenty of outdoor space w/ a covered wrap around porch, patio seating areas and an XL dining table, propane grill & griddle. The Ranchhouse overlooks Beaver Pond which is the birthplace of our prized artesian spring. Along the pond is a huge campfire area (w/ wood), corn hole games, 3 kayaks and a flat bottom boat. The trees are sprinkled with string lights to add ambiance to an evening outdoors. These gathering spaces are the perfect spot to roast weenies, make s'mores or just sit by the fire and enjoy nature while building lasting memories!

THE LAKEHOUSE is our largest home with 15+ Bedrooms & 12.5 Baths (13 of the bedrooms have en-suite private bathrooms). Most rooms can accommodate 4 to 8 ppl per room w/a wide variety of sleeping options. The house is approximately 8000 ft.² with a floor plan ideal for large groups. There are many areas to congregate and connect together but also plenty of room to spread out for privacy. There are two full kitchens, two living spaces, two dining areas & a kitchenette/Coffee Bar. The Great Room is our largest gathering space in the home. It’s a huge open area & kitchen has an oversized island with 8 stools, dining area w/ 12’ dining table and living room with 3 large leather couches & loveseat. This room is the perfect spot for connecting as a group to relax, dine or meet together. French doors off the Great Room usher you to an expansive back patio & deck that overlooks our Beautiful 25acre lake. There are many seating options w/ tables/benches, chairs & 2 propane grills and griddle. Exclusive to the Lakehouse is our two-story boat dock w/ large campsite area, corn hole games, 4 kayaks, a canoe & flat bottom boat (with paddles and lifejackets).
