Terms and Conditions

All bookings are tentative until a signed contract has been received from the client. All bookings require full payment within 48hrs of event. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booked date. Bookings over $1000 require a $500 non-refundable deposit as well as a signed contract to confirm the rental space(s). All food services are to be handled by a licensed Caterer (a copy of their insurance must be provided if requested). Bar service is provided in compliance with the Nova Scotia Liquor Control Act. Any set up requirements (furniture, etc.) must be made known to a member of Saint Ninian Place staff at least 7 days in advance. Please provided to sketch any layout requirements. Use of an overhead projector and screen is included in the cost of our venue rental. Please identify any audiovisual needs 7 days in advance.
