After a very long day of making wedding cakes, our last delivery was to Jacksonville, Alabama... where we were very impressed by the caterers. I have been in the wedding industry 17 years, and have never seen such professionalism at a reception. The staff was organized, polite, dressed appropriately, and the aroma was very pleasing. We set the wedding cake in place and were leaving to return home, when the owner offered us dinner at her "little restaurant" we were expecting a quaint Mom and Pop place to catch dinner. We were covered from head to toe in icing and cake, in working clothes, and me with no make up on. We arrived at a glorious eatery and felt a little out of place until the staff welcomed us with smiles and seated us in the midst of couples enjoying a special night out. Needless to say, the service was impeccable, the food was amazing and we will make that drive many times in the future. Wonderful evening for the wedding couple I am sure, but a wonderful evening for the cake lady as well! Thank you!
