Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and Rain Check:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. While we have a "No Refund" policy, we are pleased to offer a rain check option. If you need to cancel your rental order, you have the option to receive store credit in the form of a rain check.
Rain Check Terms:
Store Credit: Upon cancellation, you will receive a rain check in the form of store credit.
Validity: The rain check is valid for one year from the original event date.
Usage: You can use the store credit towards future rentals from our inventory.
Force Majeure Exceptions:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other instances of force majeure, we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee refunds, rain checks, or store credit, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Deposit and Booking Fee:
Any deposit or booking fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This fee is retained to cover administrative costs and to secure your reservation, making the items unavailable to other potential customers during the specified rental period.

Clients are encouraged to specify the nature and scope of the requested changes clearly.
Cut-off Date:
To ensure efficient planning and execution, we have a designated cut-off date for accepting change requests. This date is typically at the latest 5 business days before the event date.
Change requests received after the cut-off date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and additional costs may apply.
Feasibility Assessment:
Upon receiving a change request, we will promptly assess its feasibility. This evaluation considers factors such as item availability, scheduling, and potential impact on costs.
Quote and Approval:
If the requested changes are feasible, we will provide a detailed quote outlining any associated costs.
Clients must review the quote and provide written approval for the changes before they are implemented.
Revised Agreement:
Upon approval, we will update the rental agreement to reflect the approved changes.
Both parties will sign the revised agreement to confirm the new terms.
Inventory and Logistics:
We will coordinate with our team to ensure that the necessary inventory and logistics adjustments are made to accommodate the changes.
Communication:
We will maintain clear and open communication with the client throughout the change request process, providing updates as necessary.
Billing and Payment:
Any additional costs resulting from approved changes will be reflected in the final invoice.
Clients will receive a revised invoice, which should be settled in accordance with our payment terms.
