My stepdaughter graduated from Eastern Michigan University this past December. I elected to have her graduation party catered instead of cooking for unknown hoards of guests. The receptionist was highly patient given my indecision with their large menu. They offer an extensive selection of American fare to choose from with a diverse variety of side items to compliment the main appetizer. After taking all of the guest food allergies into consideration, we selected from the many chicken appetizers listed on their menu. Their Chicken Marsala with mushrooms and roast turkey with croutons were selected as the main dish. Chef’s Mashed Potato Du Jour, herb roasted Redskin potatoes and green beans almondine were our side dishes. Their Chef's pastry assortment was a hit with the guests. We found all the food very warm, well cooked, and very tender with each tasty bite. No complaints whatsoever. Weber's Catering called to let us know they were coming to deliver, arrived right on time, executed excellent set up and could not have been more polite to deal with.
