The Plaza Room is a computer lab or boardroom adjacent to Palmer Commons' main lobby located on the third floor. With an projector, a twenty-seat boardroom table and fifteen stations featuring PC and Mac terminals, this room is perfect for boardroom-style meetings or training sessions.

Our executive boardrooms 4 & 5 have been recently upgraded to U-M Zoom Room. Each contains an 86 inch LG Nano Smart TV, a Polycom X70 auto tracking HD video/audio bar, and a touch screen control panel that allows you to start your meetings with the touch of a button. These rooms also allows for wireless screen sharing of any content from any device by simply inputting a share key when you enter the meeting. Remote participants can view the content being shared as well as see and hear people in the room as if they were there. You can also utilize the TV without using zoom in place of a portable projector. These meeting spaces are perfect for groups between 14 and 20 people.

The Great Lakes Room is a 3200-square-foot divisible multipurpose room. It accommodates up to 224 seats for meals and 274 seats for auditorium style events. Inside the room there are four 4K Laser Projectors with the option of displaying on 4 individual 75x120 drop down projection screens. The 30-foot windows in the surrounding atrium afford a beautiful view of Palmer Field and the architecture of the Hill Area buildings.

Forum Hall is a 140-seat state-of-the-art auditorium that offers a wide array of audio/visual services to fit almost any presentation need. The built in 4K Laser Projector displays on a 110x176 high contrast screen, making the most detailed images displayed in industry standard high definition. We offer ADA accessible seating on two levels in Forum Hall: on the main floor via the fourth floor entrance as well as the rear of the auditorium via the fifth floor entrance. This room has exquisite views of Palmer Field and Hill Residence Halls.
