Every event is unique! We work closely with you to understand your needs and expectations for your event and then provide you with a custom price. All food and beverages must be purchased through Lake Forest Golf Club.

Terms and Conditions
Deposits/Payments: The Deposit along with the signed Event Agreement must be received by the due date indicated on the agreement. If the deposit is not received by the due date, the date will be released. All events must be paid in full five business days prior to the event date. Payment must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or a major credit card. Debit cards will not be accepted for final payment.
Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, your deposit will be the minimum cancellation charge and will increase according to the schedule below. All deposits are non-refundable.
- 180 days to 91 days before the event date 25% of the estimated total or non-refundable deposit.
- 91 days to 31 days 50% of the estimated total.
-30 days or less 100% of the estimated total.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: All food and beverages must be purchased through Lake Forest Golf Club as determined by Federal, State and Local laws. Food and Beverage minimums may apply. No food will be permitted to be brought into any event, except for cakes, specialty desserts and foods associated with special dietary restrictions. No donated food or beverage is permitted. Prices and selections are subject to change dependent upon market fluctuations and product availability.
SERVICE CHARGE: A service charge of 21% is applied to all food and beverage purchases. The charge covers the service, labor and planning. Gratuity is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.
Our golf course ceremony site with picturesque views provides a beautiful setting as the backdrop for exchanging your vows. Old meets new in our historic turn-of-the-century residence as your guests enter a vibrant bar/reception area with cathedral ceilings. Our spacious banquet room is perfect for receptions with up to 150 guests. Large picture windows with spectacular golf course views, perfect sunsets, and a large dance floor will entice your guests.
Just outside the banquet room, your guests will enjoy a festive setting with party lights and heaters on our expansive deck, covered pergola, and patio. Delicious food & exceptional service makes for an unforgettable evening for all of your friends and family!
