Our brewery resides on land farmed by our family for over 170 years, and our beer represents our most important values - family roots, good friends and great times. Our location offers a unique level of customization for your special event. Our tasting room can seat ~32 and in the cooler months, our heated, enclosed patio space can seat up to an additional ~36. In the summer months, the walls come off the enclosed patio and the total outdoor seating area expands to hold 120+ guests. Larger events are available on site in the warmer months for ~250 people in our grassland (tent and tables not included). Our license permits only our beer to be served on any day of the week. If you’d like to serve any other wine or liquor, you are required to attain a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) from the LCBO, as well as proof of liability insurance. GL Heritage servers are used for all alcohol service on site.
