Liability: Renter will reimburse Union Hall Workplace for any broken and/or lost equipment or for any additional cleaning of space due to use of the Conference Room. Renter is responsible for the behavior of their invitees or guests and will remain in the designated area only. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss that Union Hall Workplace may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any guest of the Renter while Renter is in control of the space and shall indemnify and hold harmless Union Hall Workplace against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s and any Renter’s guests use of the venue. Union Hall Workplace is a non-smoking venue. Pet Policy: No animals, birds, or pets of any kind, excluding service dogs, shall be allowed within any Union Hall conference room space. Reservation Cancellation: Room cancellation is required no less than 48-hours before the event date. If you cancel your reservation less than 48-hours, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are allowed in all of the meeting rooms. When having a meeting with food you must remove all trash containing food and food containers from the meeting room I understand that conference room bookings include access to the conference room. It does not include private or shared areas or allow for hosting guests not in meeting you have arranged. Union Hall Workspace is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen items, or injuries. We are under no obligation to accept any individual as a Conference room user or Member, and may accept or reject any registration in our sole and complete discretion. Registering on the Site alone does not entitle you to use of our workspaces. Union Hall may, in its sole discretion, refuse to issue a meeting room booking, terminate a meeting room booking at any time and/or impose restrictions on the use of a meeting room booking.
