Terms and Conditions

We require a $100 deposit to hold your date that will go toward your total balance. We will keep a card number on file in the event that we need to charge a $75 clean up fee or damages to the building or amenities. If you sweep, take down your decorations and take out the trash, the $75 fee will not be charged. Cancellations with a return of your deposit can be made no later than 3 weeks prior to your event. If you cancel less than 3 weeks out, you will be responsible for half of the total balance to prevent loss of revenue for us by holding your date. The total balance must be paid by 1 week prior to your event.
