Neatly tucked into the northerly grounds of the Amarillo Botanical Gardens rests our largest indoor venue. The Auditorium Ballroom is often overlooked but not forgotten. The floor plan is adaptable to any event and our beautiful hand picked chandelier adds the perfect touch. Our Ballroom is climate controlled and can be used year round and our LED Lighting System can help transform the mood of any event. Whether it’s a Corporate Seminar, Wedding Reception, or Company Dinners, our Ballroom is perfect for large events and parties.

The Amarillo Botanical Garden’s Grande Wedding Lawn provides a beautiful view and is specifically designed as our Premiere Outdoor Wedding Venue. Placed in the middle of the Gardens, our lawn is carefully manicured and is fully shaded thanks to the outstretched arms of one of our oldest and grandest trees. This is our most scenic outdoor venue and is nicely accented with a pergola that can be used for exchanging vows while our beautiful Rose Garden serves as a backdrop. The Grande Wedding Lawn can also be used for Fundraisers, Wedding Receptions, and Parties.

This unique Garden is the only one of its type in the state of Texas and is one of the newest additions that we are proud to present here at the Gardens. This beautiful new terrace at the Sybil B. Harrington Garden is outlined with hundreds of Plant Select® plants which are the best possible varieties for their proximity and water requirements for our area. Its distinctive vantage point overlooks the Gardens and has a dance floor perfect for a night of dancing under the stars. Adding to the atmosphere is a new LED Lighting System that can be adapted to any party theme. The Terrace is perfect for birthday parties, exhibitions, and musicians.

The Amarillo Botanical Garden’s Entry Court helps set the foundation for our beloved Gardens. Surrounded by seasonal flowers, our Entry Court is our smallest outdoor venue perfect for small weddings, cocktail parties, or any type of intimate gathering. Our setup times are limited but once the sun drops a canopy of beautifully lit trees will bring your party to life. Our Entry Court serves as a reminder of our past and a vision of the beauty locked away at the Gardens.

Hiding in the shadows of our Conservatory rests the newest addition to the Gardens. Our multi-leveled Japanese Garden is neatly tucked away in the heart of the Gardens overlooking our Koi Fish Pond. This area is perfect for intimate cocktail parties and smaller exhibitions. A tranquil evening is sure to unwind in this peaceful atmosphere.

In the middle of West Texas grows an oasis, it’s tropical greenery marvels the eye and attracts the attention of both young and old. The Mary E. Bivins Tropical Conservatory is our smallest indoor venue but inside it’s glass ceilings grow a series of amazing plant life. A beautiful year round waterfall serves as the anchor to our hidden gem and is the perfect picture backdrop. Our Conservatory is perfect for intimate Winter Weddings and in the past has hosted engagement dinners and as well as small birthday parties.
