Pricing is provided per event and is customizable to the needs of the planner and/or organization. One GREAT feature of the Hilton Knoxville Airport is the Food & Beverage minimum pricing layout. If catering is requested, once a specified food and beverage minimum is met, the room rental fee is waived! Everything is included with the food & beverage minimum (i.e. chairs, tables, linens, china, center pieces, other tables, risers, set up and clean up, etc.). If no catering is requested, full day and half day rental pricing is available.
Courtesy guestroom blocks are available at a discounted rate for any event as well.

$100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve space with signed contract for event.
50% deposit due 30-90 days prior to event date (depending event date)
Full payment due 2 weeks prior to event date.
Final head count for event is due 3 days prior to event.
