• Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your ceremony date and time. The balance is due on the day of the ceremony. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your ceremony, we will hold your deposit and allow you up to 6 months from the original booking date to reschedule.
• Punctuality: We provide a 30-minute courtesy buffer for ceremonies running late. If your ceremony does not start within this time, a $75 fee will be charged for each additional 30-minute delay beyond the complimentary half-hour.
