With support from a great staff our event came off without a hitch. We will continue to use this facility for future events.
Despite some front desk issues (clearly understaffed), our experience was great using Ramada's Crest Room for our all staff meeting. I do wish there'd been a sign for my team to walk into the front of the hotel and know where to find us in the Crest room way down the hall from the entry way. Front desk maybe could have helped direct people but they were struggling to handle the overnight guests that were checking in and the phones that were ringing. However, hotel and sales staff handled the setup and drinks stations just as we asked. Sales Team was very responsive to every contact I made. Space was perfect for our needs. Price was very affordable. VERY easy to book and use the space. They will definitely be on our options list every event we do.
