Terms and Conditions

ALL BEVERAGES ARE TO BE PURCHASE FROM POST (ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC). I agree that NO PERSON UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE SERVED ANY FORM OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. I also understand that if any of my guests provide any person under 21 years of age with Alcoholic Beverages that I will be held responsible for their actions. If any of my guests are found in possession of any Alcoholic Beverage, not purchased from the Association any,where on the property, including the parking lot, I will be considered in violation of this agreen1ent and I and all of my guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately and under no circumstances will refunds of any monies paid be made. Arrangements for Alcoholic Beverage Service in the Hall must be made in advance, there is a set-up charge of $50.00 for this service, in addition to the cost of any beverages provided. Renter will set up all tables and chair and provide their own table coverings .. salt & pepper, plates, cups, etc. Nothing is provided by the Post unless agreed upon. Renter will be responsible for the cleanup of all tables .. chairs, decorations, surrounding counters and debris on the floor. The hall must be returned in the same condition as when it was taken.Decorations may only be hung from our ceiling hooks. NOTHING MAYBE TAPED OR OTHERWISE ATTACHED TO OUR WALLS. NO SPRAY CRAZY STRING OR THROWING OF ANY TYPE OF GLITTER, CONFETTI OR ANY OTHER ITEMS IS ALLOWED. A fee of 50.00, will be charged for the use of the kitchen to reheat food and use of the cooler if used. No preparation of food is allowed. No one is allowed in kitchen unless accompanied by an Association member.
