The following fees apply for rental of the space:
For after hour events, from 6PM – 11PM (all events must conclude by 11PM), or exclusive patio use during business hours, the rental fee is $175 per hour. There is a fee of $100 per hour for the hour of set up and the hour of tear down, totaling $200.
The LOWER LEVEL of The Patio may be rented for parties of 40 or less, for $25 per hour (2 Hour Minimum – Hourly increments only) during business hours Monday – Thursday (8 am - 6 pm), and on Sunday from 10am – 2pm (including clean up time).
For events attended by over 50 people, where alcohol is present, the presence of a security officer is mandatory. The services of a security officer, if required are $30.00 plus tax per hour. Management reserves the right to require security for any specific event, regardless of the number of guests in attendance.
