About PHOENIX Alameda

We have built an eclectic, cozy and easily transformable space in the heart of Alameda. A space where the community gathers to share their passions, celebrations and interests. Perfect for a private dinner party, work presentation, birthday, pop-up market, baby shower, workshop, or concert - you name it! The main space and lounge are co-working areas by day and event space in the evenings/weekends. Whatever your idea is, we can make it happen! The rental includes use of our gorgeous handmade wooden tables, 50 padded folding chairs, as well as modern lounge and patio furniture. We have : Wooden tables 2x 10 ft 2x 7ft 2x 5 ft Folding tables 3x 6ft 1x 4ft The space is fully styled and all existing furniture and decor and art is included in your rental. We also have a selection of decor and add ons available. From florals, banners, and signage to barware and AV equipment. Please ask about our add ons for more information. You are free to bring in your own food and drinks or chose from one of our recommended caterers. We have an amazing network of local vendors. A surcharge of $125 will apply for events serving alcohol. The rental includes the main space, lounge & patio with 80 person capacity. With the Art Gallery add on we can host up to 125 guests. Total size: 1800sf, Ceiling height: 16 ft Hourly rate applies to a private and/or corporate event. Non-profit discounts apply. While we love children, our space is not suitable for children's parties with the exception of 1st birthdays. Children between the ages of 2-9 are not permitted at late night parties with alcohol (pick up needs to be around 9pm)

The Art Gallery runs in the center of our art studios. Artists have 24 hr access to their studios, so you may see a live artist at work during your event. The Art Gallery is a required add on for any weekend parties with over 80 guests (+$75/hr) Generally we use this area for an extra drink station, a dessert /food buffet , a teen hang out area (we can set up the TV!) or extra seating and lounging. Includes high top tables throughout the middle, one large regular height table and 2 giant bean bags. There is also a small lounge area with a loveseat and a yellow honky tonk piano. The Art Gallery can also be used for Art Shows, Wedding Ceremonies, Cocktail receptions, Makers Markets and Workshops. When not used as an add on, the Art Gallery will be custom quoted based on the type of event, guest count, timeframe etc. We do offer highly discounted rates to artists that want to do workshops and any (art based) non profits.

This quaint photo studio, at 475 square feet, doubles as a large conference room, presentation room, and production studio. It is the perfect spot for table top, product, flat lays, headshots, and small set on-figure portraits. The professionally-styled studio space is also a great set up for casting calls, offsite meetings for groups up to 16 , team work sessions and workshops. Available Weekdays @ $50/hr M-F // 8AM-6PM (4 hr minimum) Available After Hours @ $100/hr After 6PM Nights & Weekends (4 hr minimum) $35 cleaning fee will apply to weekend bookings Perfect for off-sites, meetings, brain storm sessions, castings, job interviews, workshops and photoshoots This space is not sound proof, walls are not floor to ceiling, not suitable for sound recording. Your conversations will not be completely private as there are adjacent studios. There will be ambient noise (normal conversation level). We play back ground easy listening music on weekdays. On weekends you may be able to play your own music as long as our main space is not rented out at the same time. Note that this room does not include any photo equipment, no lighting, no back drops etc. The equipment in the photos are just an example and was rented by the photographer.
