The Hower House is available for rental Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The House is not available for rental or tours on any national holidays, including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The rental rate is $350.00 for the first three hours, and $100.00 for each additional hour. The fee includes the use of the first floor as normally set. The Hower House grounds are available to rent at the same rate. Hower House may be rented for meetings on Monday and Tuesday for a three-hour period between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for a special rate of $100.00. House capacity is 60 people for a seated meal event, 90 people for a stand-up reception, and 80 people for a seated event/program. The grounds can accommodate about 200 people.
