A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 60 days before the booking date and will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us in writing of an alternate form of payment prior to the due date.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We recommend securing private cancellation insurance. Cancellations will be refunded up to 90% of the booking value if the date is rebooked by the lodge or yourself with a similar value of booking. For cancellations made within 60 days of the event, the balance may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to a rebooking fee.
Food and Beverage
No private alcohol is allowed in the main lodge area or event spaces. All alcoholic beverages consumed in licensed areas must be purchased through the lodge. All food served must be provided by the lodge. Limited dietary substitutions may be made available upon prior request; additional charges may apply. Meal services starting more than 30 minutes beyond the agreed-upon service time will incur a labor charge. The lodge will not be held responsible for compromised food quality due to delays caused by the client. Final headcount and dietary restrictions are due 21 days before the event. Last-minute accommodations, if possible, will incur a labor surcharge of up to 25%.
Parking
Complimentary onsite parking is available. The lodge will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items while parking onsite.
