Terms and Conditions
•Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. Your time starts when the first vendor arrives and your time ends when the last person related to your event leaves, meaning that you’ll want to book enough time to avoid the late fees. I.e - 4 hour minimum booking ( 30 minutes set up + 3 hour event + 30 minutes clean up and break down.)
•You’re more than welcome to bring in any food or drink into the space. We ask that you follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the space.
Vacating the Event Hall After the Party: All debris and trash must be cleaned. All decorations must be completely removed without causing damage to the Event Hall. Restrooms must be left in a clean condition. No spillages or damage to the property. Parties Involving Minors: Groups with minors (under age 18) must provide an adult supervisor. No unattended minors in the Event Hall. The adult is responsible for ensuring that the children do not run around the property.
