Fees and Deposit
The Client shall pay the owner the sum of $150.00 to hold their date. This $150.00 refundable deposit will be RETURNED upon the owner checking the venue for any charges for actual damages done to the venue by renter or his/her associates no later than 24 hours after end of event. This includes cleaning of the venue if you did not pay a cleaning fee and if you event and cleanup is not done by the end of your rental time. Half of your total booking Fee should be paid All payments must be made in full 2 weeks prior to event. ( The deposit is not put towards your event price)
Incidental / Cleaning Fee
The Client shall be responsible for removing all their belongings, garbage( Placed in trash bags and left by the downstairs front door), and any items not present at the venue before the event. Any dishes or accessories used from our kitchenette should be cleaned. Please double check the bathrooms. Clean up any bodily fluids. Wipe down tables and chairs. The space should be left in the same condition as it was before you came. If cleaning is required add additional fee of $150.00 will be charged.
Cancellation and Refund policy
The client must give a written notice 35 days prior to event if failed to due so is loss of your deposit.
RENTAL PERIOD/ACCESS TIME
The client will have access to the venue during their rental Time only, if you need more time to set up or breakdown more time could be added for an additional fee prior to the event if we have the time available. All Setup, breakdown, clean-up, and removal of client’s personal belongings must take place during your time.
NOISE
Noise generated from rental space shall not affect neighbors and residents. The doors shall not be left open or propped open. Music or noise shall not be heard if standing on the outside sidewalks.
All Events must conclude by 11:00pm.
Liability and insurance
The client agrees to indemnity and hold the venue harmless from any liability or claims arising from the event. We expect all guests to follow all polices, not to be rowdy and respect our space. Not following these polices will result in forfeiting deposit.
PARKING
Parking is provided and limited to our guests. Our Primary lot is to the left of Rita’s. We ask to please be mindful of the neighbors while in the parking area and no hanging out or playing loud music.
ALCOHOL USE
Alcohol is not permitted unless you use a Licensed and Insured Bartender.
