The Kridel Grand Ballroom (9,000 square feet, including the foyer & full-size stage within the ballroom) is the largest event space at the Museum. The room can accommodate up to 560 guests at 60” banquet rounds (10 guests/table) as well as a 20’ x 24’ dance surface (if desired). The full-size stage lends itself to live presentations or performances of many kinds, and our extensive lighting truss can support audio/visual elements of an astonishing variety. The Grand Ballroom can seat up to 900+ theater style, 400 seated classroom style, or 1,000+ at a standing reception.

The Fields Sunken Ballroom (4500 square feet) features the strongest “Museum character” of any of our event spaces, including soaring Roman columns, statuary, and frieze panels. There’s a substantial mezzanine level that can be incorporated as additional function space, or just a quiet level to step away from the main meeting. The Sunken Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 guests at 60” banquet rounds (10 guests/table) with a dance surface of 16’ x 20’ (if desired). The Sunken Ballroom can seat up to 450 guests seated theater style, 220 guests seated classroom style, or 500+ for a standing reception.
