Terms and Conditions

Mt. Bachelor requires that final menu selection and attendee count be confirmed a minimum of fourteen (14) Days before event. A guaranteed attendance number must be given no less than seven (7) days prior to the event. Customer will be charged for the guarantee, plus any covers over and above. In turn, Mt. Bachelor will prepare for five percent (5%) over the guaranteed figure. Without written notice of increased covers, Customers original expected attendance will be used for production, service and charges. A 20% service charge will be added to all Food & Beverage selections. (A) Sixty (60) days in advance of event or more, 90% of initial deposit is refunded (B) Thirty (30) to fifty-nine (59) days in advance of event, 50% of initial deposit is refunded (C)Fourteen (14) to twenty-nine (29) days in advance of event, initial deposit is non-refundable. (D) Less than fourteen (14) day in advance of event, initial deposit and full banquet price is non-refundable. Full payment is due upon written cancellation of event. Mt. Bachelor offers no weather refunds and will work with the client to make every accommodation in the event of inclement weather.
