Thank you for your interest in The Red Horse Barn in Huntington Beach.
We have two options available to you at Red Horse Barn. The “Venue Only” option for the DIY client or you may book the “Venue” and the “All Inclusive Package” by An All Inclusive Event for an easy and stress free planning process.
When you contract your wedding or other social event at Red Horse Barn, the site use fee includes all of the following.
• Four hours for delivery and set up of your rentals and décor
• Five hours of event time
• One hour of breakdown and clean up time for your vendors
• One-hour Rehearsal time prior to your event (for weddings)
The Red Horse Barn “Venue Only” option means that you are responsible to provide all equipment, rentals and décor, as well as independently hire all vendors
Each and every vendor you use must be licensed to provide services in Huntington Beach and provide proof of Liability Insurance. Please refer to the attachment for specific information.
We do require that for Bar Services and DJ services, you must select from our list of pre-approved and preferred vendors. We offer a couple different options from each category that we are confident you will be pleased with.
We have a list of preferred vendors that we would be more than happy to provide to you. They all have a very good knowledge of the venue and we have already verified the License and Insurance.

A deposit of $1,600.00 is due upon reservation of the venue if you are doing the venue only option or $3,200.00 if your are doing venue and All Inclusive Package. All deposits are NON refundable.
Our pricing is based upon payment by check or bank transfer only. We do not accept credit or debit cards due to the bank fees imposed upon us.
The All Inclusive Package includes most all of the on site essentials that you will need for your event, with the exception of Photography, Video and Ceremony Officiant.
Tables, chairs, linens, personal and table florals, DJ, Fully hosted bar (beer, wine, soda and mixed drinks for 4 hours) catering (several menus to select from) and more.
