About Red Horse Barn

Located on a 25 acre equestrian center in Huntington Beach, The Red Horse Barn sits within an amazing collection of trees and lush greenery and is only approximately 2 miles away from our beautiful coastline. The Red Horse Barn is very unique in that we allow you to bring in wedding professionals of your choice* to let you create your special day or our Venue Director offers All Inclusive Packages that are not only a great dollar value, but will make your planning easy and stress free. The fees are based on a 5 hour guest time, your vendors are allowed to arrive up to 4 hours prior and your bridal party is allowed to arrive up to 3 hours prior to the event start time to take photos and get dressed and ready for the celebration. Additional hours can be purchased. The Red Horse Barn only holds one event per day, to make your day more intimate. If you would like to tour The Red Horse Barn, the venue is shown by appointment only. The Red Horse Barn would be honored to be a part of your special day! Please contact Michael to schedule a personal tour and no obligation consultation. *Although we allow wedding professionals of your choosing, we require you select your DJ and Bar Services from our preferred vendors list. Business Licenses and Certificates of Insurance will be required of every vendor. We do not premit BYO alcohol or Live Bands.

Thank you for your interest in The Red Horse Barn in Huntington Beach. We have two options available to you at Red Horse Barn. The “Venue Only” option for the DIY client or you may book the “Venue” and the “All Inclusive Package” by An All Inclusive Event for an easy and stress free planning process. When you contract your wedding or other social event at Red Horse Barn, the site use fee includes all of the following. • Four hours for delivery and set up of your rentals and décor • Five hours of event time • One hour of breakdown and clean up time for your vendors • One-hour Rehearsal time prior to your event (for weddings) The Red Horse Barn “Venue Only” option means that you are responsible to provide all equipment, rentals and décor, as well as independently hire all vendors Each and every vendor you use must be licensed to provide services in Huntington Beach and provide proof of Liability Insurance. Please refer to the attachment for specific information. We do require that for Bar Services and DJ services, you must select from our list of pre-approved and preferred vendors. We offer a couple different options from each category that we are confident you will be pleased with. We have a list of preferred vendors that we would be more than happy to provide to you. They all have a very good knowledge of the venue and we have already verified the License and Insurance. ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES ~~~~~~ BE SURE TO CHECK THIS OUT! Located in a more secluded back area of the venue, the Garden Arbor is one of two ceremony area options. The area accommodates UP to 250 chairs and has amples space for even the largest of Bridal Parties. Surrounded by mature trees and lush landscape this area is a favorite for the ceremony.

Beautifully landscaped and surrounded by mature trees this area offers the feel of a secluded garden reception. The main reception area can accommodate up to 250 for a sit down dinner. Guests will have views of the 10 horse stables located in the barn that will offer an authentic equestrian feel to the event. Two open lawn areas provide additional event space. The front lawn, in the cocktail area is a great place to provide lawn games if desired and the expansive back lawn is the preferred location for your garden ceremony.

The Groom's Room is a great place for the guys to gather pre event to get ready. When you book the Red Horse Barn we permit access to the Grooms Room up to three hours pre ceremony. The area offers a covered porch with views of Equestrian Center arenas. Sit back, enjoy some snacks and a couple pre event cocktails.
